I loved teaching and connecting with students but I especially liked discussing topics that addressed corporate life and worklife and the values emanating from being an employee and working for a living. Disscussions were personal, thoughtful, and not necessarily "right" yet each person would try to "back uo their arguments with facts." Though there were also more than a "lone yes - but" thrown in, generally we tried to learn something from everyone else. And, we got to know other people too.

(I wonder if students would see it the same way?)
